• Conduct ongoing training to stay updated on products and services, while improving work quality and performance metrics

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree or professional certification is a plus
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Knowledge of company products to effectively up-sell
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
