Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Services Representative - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Support member inquiries regarding account openings, loan applications, and account changes
• Educate members on self-service options and promote banking services
• Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Minimum of one year experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a call center
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work a structured schedule, including evening hours
