Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions through various channels with professionalism and efficiency
• Present and discuss products and services accurately to enhance customer relationships
• Ensure customer needs are met promptly and support sales representatives when required

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree or professional certification is a plus
• 1 year of customer service experience; tele-commuting experience is a plus
• Basic knowledge of company products to effectively engage with customers
• Ability to work flexible shifts in a call center environment
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
