Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries through various channels with professionalism and efficiency
• Present and discuss products and services accurately to enhance customer relationships
• Support customer retention through effective issue resolution and positive member experiences

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree or relevant certification is a plus
• At least 1 year of customer service experience is required
• Basic knowledge of company products and services for effective communication
• Flexibility to work varied shifts in a call center environment
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
