Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Services Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Support member inquiries regarding account transactions, loan applications, and account changes
- Educate members on self-service options and promote virtual banking services
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and Banking/Credit Union Regulations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a call center
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work a structured schedule, including evening hours
- Must maintain required scores on Call Monitoring
