Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support member inquiries regarding account transactions, loan applications, and account changes
  • Educate members on self-service options and promote virtual banking services
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and Banking/Credit Union Regulations
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a call center
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work a structured schedule, including evening hours
  • Must maintain required scores on Call Monitoring
