Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Services Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of complex inbound calls while maintaining customer confidentiality
- Guide customers through interactions using active listening and detailed research to resolve their needs
- Educate customers on various programs and services related to their prescription benefits
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous call center experience required; health or pharmacy benefit experience preferred
- Experience using multiple systems simultaneously while interacting with customers preferred
- Previous customer service experience within pharmacy operations is helpful
- Bilingual abilities in Spanish are a bonus
