Job Summary

To enhance member satisfaction, the full-time Member Services Representative will manage customer inquiries through various channels, effectively present products and services, and maintain positive relationships while working in a call center environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage telephone, electronic, and face-to-face interactions with professionalism and efficiency
  • Present and discuss products and services accurately to both internal and external customers
  • Focus on customer retention by resolving concerns on the first call and enhancing the overall member experience
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED; a college degree or relevant certification is a plus
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience; recent telecommuting experience is advantageous
  • Basic proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work flexible shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., any day of the week
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) skills are a plus
