Member Services Representative

Job Summary

Providing exceptional service to members, the full-time Member Services Representative will assist with financial transactions, educate members on products, and build professional relationships, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist members with various financial transactions and provide informed recommendations to help achieve their financial goals
• Educate members about Connexus products and services while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to guidelines
• Achieve individual performance goals and contribute positively to branch goal attainment

Required qualifications:

• Demonstrated knowledge of basic math skills and cash handling experience
• 1+ years of work experience in a sales, retail, or customer service environment
• Prior experience in a credit union or bank as a member service representative or teller is preferred but not required
• Ability to handle confidential matters and remain calm under pressure
• Outgoing personality with excellent verbal communication skills
