Member Services Representative

Job Summary

Providing exceptional service to members, the full-time hourly Member Services Representative will assist with financial transactions, educate members on products, and build relationships while working onsite in Chetek, WI.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain professional relationships with members and colleagues to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
• Serve as the first point of contact for members, providing informed recommendations to help achieve their financial goals
• Accurately assist members with transactions while adhering to organizational and federal guidelines

Required qualifications:

• Demonstrated knowledge of basic math skills and cash handling experience
• 1+ years of work experience in a sales, retail, or customer service environment
• Prior experience in a credit union or bank is preferred but not required
• Ability to handle confidential matters and remain calm under pressure
• Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude
