• Independently resolve member inquiries related to benefits, fertility programs, and payment workflows
• Manage end-to-end reimbursement and payment processes, ensuring accurate documentation and processing
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements while supporting operational initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a member-facing or customer support role within healthcare or similar environments
• Ability to manage complex, multi-step workflows with accuracy
• Experience interpreting benefits, claims, or reimbursement processes
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools
• High degree of empathy and discretion when dealing with sensitive situations
