Key Responsibilities

Assist members with program steps, timelines, and medication fulfillment questions
Collect and verify insurance information to navigate medication access
Document interactions and contribute to internal processes for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

2+ years of member-facing experience in customer support within healthcare or insurance
Strong understanding of insurance processes and medical claims workflows
Experience with claims processing and reimbursement
Experience supporting specialty GLP-1 medications or chronic condition programs
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
