Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist members with program steps, timelines, and medication fulfillment questions
  • Collect and verify insurance information to navigate medication access
  • Document interactions and contribute to internal processes for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of member-facing experience in customer support within healthcare or insurance
  • Strong understanding of insurance processes and medical claims workflows
  • Experience with claims processing and reimbursement
  • Experience supporting specialty GLP-1 medications or chronic condition programs
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
