Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Services Specialist to provide high-quality support to members, providers, and brokers.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve member, provider, or broker inquiries across various health plans and document call interactions accurately
- Assist members in understanding coverage, navigating the website, and interpreting claims activity
- Participate in training modules and skill assessments to support career advancement within Member Services
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn proprietary systems quickly
- 0-2 years of customer service experience preferred, ideally in healthcare, insurance, or call center environments
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access and adhere to remote work protocols
- Must be able to participate in scheduled overtime during high-volume periods
