Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Resolve member, provider, or broker inquiries across multiple health plan offerings, ensuring first-call resolution
- Document call interactions accurately in the CRM and provide clear explanations of benefits and eligibility
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge of core systems and career advancement opportunities
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn proprietary systems quickly
- 0-2 years of customer service experience preferred, ideally in healthcare or call center environments
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while managing assigned tasks independently
- Must have reliable internet access for remote work and adhere to all remote work protocols
