- Master core systems to independently handle inquiries and provide customer service excellence

Required Qualifications

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn proprietary systems quickly
- 0-2 years of customer service experience preferred, ideally in healthcare or call center environments
- Must be able to work remotely with reliable internet access
- Ability to participate in scheduled overtime during high-volume periods
