Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Services Specialist to provide high-quality support to members, providers, and brokers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve member, provider, or broker inquiries across various health plans and assist with eligibility and benefits information
  • Document call interactions accurately and maintain compliance with audit standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and skill assessments to support career advancement within Member Services
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn proprietary systems quickly
  • 0-2 years of customer service experience preferred, ideally in healthcare, insurance, or call center environments
  • Ability to work remotely and adhere to remote work protocols
  • Must be able to participate in scheduled overtime during high-volume periods
