Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional communication and service to current and prospective members through various channels
- Facilitate membership transactions and encourage upgrades, renewals, and referrals
- Perform general administrative tasks, manage communications, and resolve member issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- CRM database experience
- Ability to manage high volumes of inbound and outbound communication
