Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Services Supervisor to oversee a team and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations of Member Advocates and Processors, focusing on staffing and quality assurance
  • Assist in hiring, training, and development of team members while handling escalated inquiries
  • Monitor workflow and conduct audits to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in Employee Benefits Administration or a related industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with COBRA Administration and other related services is ideal
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach staff
  • Benefit Administration experience or life and health license is a plus
