Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Services Supervisor responsible for managing Member Advocates to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day coaching and management of Member Advocates
  • Monitor key performance indicators and address performance issues through coaching and training
  • Promote a positive team culture and identify process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalency required; Associate's Degree or some college courses preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Call Center or Customer Support Center leadership role
  • Experience leading contact center teams and managing performance in a high-volume environment
  • Prior experience with chat support and leading virtual teams preferred
  • Ability to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position
