Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Services Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of Member Advocates and enhance customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach, engage, and manage Member Advocates to ensure exceptional service
  • Monitor performance indicators and address issues through coaching and training
  • Promote a positive team culture and identify process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalency required; Associate's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership role within a Call Center or Customer Support Center
  • Experience leading contact center teams and managing performance in a high-volume environment
  • Prior experience with chat support and leading virtual teams preferred
  • Ability to conduct performance evaluations and mentor staff effectively
