Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Services Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve performance metrics

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or call center, including 12 months in a supervisory role
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
  • Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers and software applications
  • Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees effectively
