Job Summary

Leading a team of Member Advocates and Processors, the full-time remote Member Services Team Lead will supervise daily operations, assist in hiring and training, and resolve escalated inquiries to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key responsibilities:
  • Supervise team operations, including staffing, problem resolution, and quality assurance
  • Assist in hiring, training, and developing new team members
  • Monitor workflow and department processes to improve performance metrics and service levels
Required qualifications:
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in Employee Benefits Administration or a related industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Proven customer service experience with excellent phone etiquette
  • Experience with COBRA Administration and related services is ideal
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
