Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Services Trainer to develop and deliver training programs for staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal clients and technical SMEs to develop and deliver training programs
  • Provide technical consulting and support for training maintenance and delivery
  • Identify learning objectives and design effective learning solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Health Care/Training experience required
  • Supervisory and leadership skills
  • Experience in instructional design and training practices
  • Experience in HealthCare or managed care organizations preferred
