Job Summary
To ensure exceptional member experiences, the full-time Member Success Manager will manage relationships with executive members, oversee onboarding processes, and track member engagement metrics while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain one-on-one relationships with executive members as their primary point of contact
- Develop and manage a best-in-class member onboarding experience and retention strategy
- Track and report on KPIs related to member benefit utilization and program engagement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 or more years of experience in a professional customer success or support role
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; advanced Excel skills are a plus
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with executives
- Demonstrated curiosity in the healthcare system and ability to work independently in a remote environment
