Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of approximately 400 solo entrepreneurs, the full-time salaried Member Success Manager will serve as a trusted advisor, proactively engaging members to provide tailored support on tax and business operations while ensuring exceptional member experiences in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow a book of business by building strong relationships and providing year-round support to members
- Advise members on tax strategies and business operations, guiding them through quarterly check-ins and ongoing inquiries
- Deliver exceptional member experiences by responding to inquiries, conducting proactive check-ins, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance service quality
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of tax, accounting, or related client-facing experience
- Strong understanding of S Corporations and small business tax strategy
- Familiarity with bookkeeping, payroll, and CRM tools such as Xero, QBO, Gusto, Salesforce, and Google Workspace
- Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage a large book of business in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful and adaptable, with strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex topics clearly
