Job Summary
To support the mission of saving lives and preventing injuries, the full-time remote Member Success Manager will foster strong relationships with Networks and Campbell Institute members, driving engagement and satisfaction while ensuring a positive member experience.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned members, building trusted, long-term relationships
- Develop and execute tailored engagement plans to increase member participation and satisfaction
- Support onboarding processes and monitor member engagement levels to address concerns early
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, or similar, with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or at least 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of education
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze engagement data and translate insights into action
- Experience in member services, account management, or community engagement (non-sales focused)
- Experience working with executive-level contacts is strongly preferred
