Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Success QA Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality audits and manage quality assurance processes for calls, emails, and chat interactions
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with policies and quality standards
  • Analyze Quality KPIs, provide data-driven reports, and drive process improvements

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of Quality Assurance experience in customer support
  • Subject Matter Expertise in regulatory guidelines related to cardholder protection rules
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and making autonomous decisions
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Google suite and Customer Support Tools
  • Deep understanding of customer experience and utilizing insights to improve service quality
