Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Success Representative to join their concierge support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for members, guiding them through their health journey
  • Provide seamless, empathetic support while assisting members with scheduling and platform orientation
  • Deliver high-quality, solutions-focused support in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer support experience in a high-touch or healthcare environment
  • Highly organized and proactive in anticipating member needs
  • Quick to learn and adaptable to new processes and changes
  • Passionate about transforming the healthcare experience
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours/week), Wednesday to Sunday, 12pm - 9pm PST
