Job Summary
To support the growth of Care Operations, the full-time Member Success Specialist will act as a subject matter expert on the member journey, ensuring seamless client launches and operational excellence while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Drive systems change by identifying and resolving friction points in the patient journey
- Act as the primary point of contact for member-related operational questions during client onboarding and implementation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to adjust workflows and resolve technical hurdles impacting the member experience
Required qualifications
- Equivalent experience to an IC3 level within the current team
- High proficiency with the Care App and internal tools relevant to the member experience
- Proven ability to lead high-stakes external meetings and communicate operational processes effectively
- Experience in testing workflows and managing product/engineering dependencies
- Comfort with data analysis to build client-ready efficacy reports under tight deadlines
