Job Summary

Joining a passionate team, the full-time Member Success Specialist will provide empathetic support to members, managing inquiries and enhancing the member experience in a remote environment across several states.

Key responsibilities
  • Responding to member questions and concerns in a timely and positive manner through the support inbox
  • Collaborating with the Member Success Supervisor and Driver Success Specialists to streamline workflows and resolve issues
  • Identifying recurring issues and opportunities for process improvement to enhance member support
Required qualifications
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with familiarity in customer experience software such as Front, Zendesk, or Intercom preferred
  • Upbeat and positive attitude, demonstrating a 'Yes, and' approach to challenges
  • Quick learner with a curiosity for new systems and software
  • Willingness to tackle diverse problems and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work weekends as needed
