Job Summary
Joining a passionate team, the full-time Member Success Specialist will provide empathetic support to members, managing inquiries and enhancing the member experience in a remote environment across several states.
Key responsibilities
- Responding to member questions and concerns in a timely and positive manner through the support inbox
- Collaborating with the Member Success Supervisor and Driver Success Specialists to streamline workflows and resolve issues
- Identifying recurring issues and opportunities for process improvement to enhance member support
Required qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role, with familiarity in customer experience software such as Front, Zendesk, or Intercom preferred
- Upbeat and positive attitude, demonstrating a 'Yes, and' approach to challenges
- Quick learner with a curiosity for new systems and software
- Willingness to tackle diverse problems and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work weekends as needed
