Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Support Advocate to assist members in navigating their health programs and accessing healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer questions about the Wellth Rewards program and assist with technical or app-related needs
  • Assist members with healthcare access tasks, including finding providers and scheduling appointments
  • Advocate for members by helping them understand and access available benefits and resources
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior customer service or healthcare navigation experience
  • Experience working with diverse or underserved populations is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Understanding of health insurance or care coordination
