Job Summary

- Connect with members to ensure satisfaction and guide them through the member journey
- Utilize resources to resolve member issues and provide accurate information

Required Qualifications
- Exceptional English proficiency at C2 level
- 2+ years of experience in inbound calling or customer service/support roles, preferably in healthcare
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage follow-ups
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRMs and communication tools
