Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Support Agent (Healthcare - Mexico).

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with members to ensure satisfaction and guide them through the member journey
  • Utilize resources to resolve member issues and provide accurate information
  • Engage in multi-channel communication to manage member requests and follow up on resolutions
Required Qualifications
  • Exceptional English proficiency at C2 level
  • 2+ years of experience in inbound calling or customer service/support roles, preferably in healthcare
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage follow-ups
  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Tech-savvy with experience in CRMs and communication tools
