Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Support Agent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to emails and phone calls from members regarding our program and app
- Assist members in overcoming obstacles and ensuring a rapid resolution and great experience
- Show interest in Member Support procedures and work as part of a team to assist members and teammates
Required Qualifications:
- Availability to work 16-24 hours per week
- Availability from 5am to 6pm PST/8am-9pm EST
- Must be available for 40 hours during first couple weeks for training
- Must be available during the holiday season and able to work some holidays
- Dedicated and private workspace
