Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Support Agent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to emails and phone calls from members regarding our program and app
  • Assist members in overcoming obstacles and ensuring a rapid resolution and great experience
  • Show interest in Member Support procedures and work as part of a team to assist members and teammates
Required Qualifications:
  • Availability to work 16-24 hours per week
  • Availability from 5am to 6pm PST/8am-9pm EST
  • Must be available for 40 hours during first couple weeks for training
  • Must be available during the holiday season and able to work some holidays
  • Dedicated and private workspace
