Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Support Associate to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat during business hours
  • Ensure timely and accurate information to leave customers satisfied
  • Generate bug reports and resolve task incidents for data reconciliation
Required Qualifications
  • Must be based in the United States (excluding California and Alaska)
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift from 10:30 AM to 7 PM MT, Monday - Friday
  • Wired internet connection with sufficient speed and stability
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a plus
