Job Summary

To support a growing team, the fully remote Member Support Associate will provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate assistance to end-users while solving complex inquiries related to Lively's products.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver customer support during business hours, addressing inquiries through various communication channels
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information
  • Generate bug reports and manage task incidents in Jira for data reconciliation needs
Required qualifications
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift from 10:30 AM to 7 PM MT, Monday to Friday
  • Wired internet connection with sufficient speed and stability
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote setting
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a plus
