Job Summary
To support a growing team, the fully remote Member Support Associate will provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate assistance to end-users while solving complex inquiries related to Lively's products.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver customer support during business hours, addressing inquiries through various communication channels
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information
- Generate bug reports and manage task incidents in Jira for data reconciliation needs
Required qualifications
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift from 10:30 AM to 7 PM MT, Monday to Friday
- Wired internet connection with sufficient speed and stability
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote setting
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a plus
