Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Support Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for patients and providers seeking assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls in a high-volume environment to support service level objectives

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless care and service delivery


Required Qualifications
  • 1 year of customer service or administrative support experience
  • Healthcare or inbound contact center experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications preferred
  • Ability to adapt to rapid changes in the workplace
  • Ability to accept and translate feedback into action
