Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls in a high-volume environment to support service level objectives
- Field clinical referrals, consent forms, and general inquiries routed to the Member Support Inbox
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless care and service delivery
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service or administrative support experience
- Healthcare or inbound contact center experience preferred
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications preferred
- Ability to adapt to rapid changes in the workplace
- Ability to accept and translate feedback into action
