Job Summary

Providing comprehensive customer support, the full-time Member Support Coordinator will manage inbound communications from NCSA and IMGA+ members, offering sport-specific advice and ensuring clients maximize their recruiting potential.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage all forms of inbound contact from members, including phone calls, emails, texts, and chats
  • Deliver a world-class customer experience to clients, proactively reaching out to those needing guidance
  • Evaluate client progress and provide direction to ensure successful membership engagement
Required qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree or relevant customer service experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work weekends as part of a rotating schedule
  • Passion for college athletics and a goal-oriented mindset
