Job Summary
Providing comprehensive customer support, the full-time Member Support Coordinator will manage inbound communications from NCSA and IMGA+ members, offering sport-specific advice and ensuring clients maximize their recruiting potential.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage all forms of inbound contact from members, including phone calls, emails, texts, and chats
- Deliver a world-class customer experience to clients, proactively reaching out to those needing guidance
- Evaluate client progress and provide direction to ensure successful membership engagement
Required qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or relevant customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work weekends as part of a rotating schedule
- Passion for college athletics and a goal-oriented mindset
