Job Summary
As the first point of contact for patients and providers, the remote Member Support Coordinator will handle incoming calls, address inquiries, resolve concerns, and connect callers to experts, all while working a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM Central Time.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls in a high-volume environment while supporting SLA objectives
- Field clinical referrals and general inquiries, ensuring high-quality service and support to callers
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless care and service delivery, influencing positive member outcomes
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or administrative support experience; healthcare or inbound contact center experience preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage ambiguity and adjust to evolving organizational goals
- Receptiveness to feedback and capability to translate insights into continuous improvement
