Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Support Representative to deliver excellent member experiences and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls and provide information on membership, products, and services
- Process basic financial transactions and account maintenance requests
- Research and resolve member requests while adhering to security and confidentiality protocols
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 1 to 2 years of Call Center, Teller, or Retail experience required
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for stated qualifications
- Proficient in basic applications in a Windows-based environment
- Ability to work effectively with others and learn quickly
