Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Support Representative - Part Time.

Key Responsibilities

Provide live support for incoming calls from members regarding services, eligibility, and benefits
Document interactions and ensure member records are accurate and complete
Assist members with scheduling appointments and troubleshooting platform issues

Required Qualifications

Experience working in a support role, either in person or on live calls
Ability to communicate complex information concisely in writing
Experience handling sensitive and protected information, including PII and PHI
Reliable high-speed internet access with specified minimum speeds
Flexible availability, preferably from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM PST
