Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Support Representative (Full-Time).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide live support for incoming calls from members regarding services, eligibility, and benefits
  • Document interactions and ensure member records are accurate and complete
  • Assist members with troubleshooting platform issues and coordinate with internal and external partners
Required Qualifications
  • Experience working in a support role, either in person or on live calls
  • Ability to communicate complex information concisely in writing
  • Experience handling sensitive and protected information, with a basic understanding of HIPAA
  • Reliable high-speed internet access and a secure workspace
  • Flexible availability, preferably between 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM PST
