Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support to members via live chat, email, and phone calls
  • Communicate effectively to answer questions about products, services, and estate planning
  • Resolve customer complaints and handle user issues directly
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in delivering consumer experiences and resolving customer issues
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Experience with customer support tools such as Zendesk and G-Suite
  • Ability to work Eastern or Central Time Zone hours for 40 hours per week
  • Willingness to occasionally work weekend hours
