Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Support Specialist to provide assistance to members and their caregivers regarding medical alert devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from members and caregivers to assist with orders, billing, and account services
- Guide callers through troubleshooting and navigating products or services
- Maintain knowledge of products and services, document conversations, and promote additional offerings
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of member service call center or member-facing experience preferred
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required
- Computer proficiency with multitasking abilities
- Professional demeanor with a passion for serving members
- Effective active listening and organizational skills
