Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Support Specialist to provide assistance to members and their caregivers regarding medical alert devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from members and caregivers to assist with orders, billing, and account services
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting and navigating products or services
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services, document conversations, and promote additional offerings
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of member service call center or member-facing experience preferred
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required
  • Computer proficiency with multitasking abilities
  • Professional demeanor with a passion for serving members
  • Effective active listening and organizational skills
