Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Support Specialist to assist members with medical alert devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from members and caregivers for assistance with orders, billing, and account services
- Guide callers through troubleshooting and product usage while maintaining accurate member records
- De-escalate issues with dissatisfied members and promote additional products and services during calls
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of member service call center or member-facing experience preferred
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Computer proficiency with the ability to multi-task
- Professional and enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for serving
- Effective active listening skills to ensure appropriate resolution of issues
