Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Support Specialist to assist members with medical alert devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from members and caregivers for assistance with orders, billing, and account services
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting and product usage while maintaining accurate member records
  • De-escalate issues with dissatisfied members and promote additional products and services during calls
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of member service call center or member-facing experience preferred
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Computer proficiency with the ability to multi-task
  • Professional and enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for serving
  • Effective active listening skills to ensure appropriate resolution of issues
