Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Members with questions and issues related to the program, including tech support
- Monitor Member adherence and communicate with medical care teams as necessary
- Provide exceptional service through phone calls, emails, and text messages to Members
Required Qualifications
- Passion for healthcare and a desire to grow within the company
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude
- Experience with digital tools, particularly Android and iOS technology
- High degree of professionalism and empathy towards Members
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
