Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Members with questions and issues related to the program, including tech support
  • Monitor Member adherence and communicate with medical care teams as necessary
  • Provide exceptional service through phone calls, emails, and text messages to Members
Required Qualifications
  • Passion for healthcare and a desire to grow within the company
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Experience with digital tools, particularly Android and iOS technology
  • High degree of professionalism and empathy towards Members
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
