Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Support Specialist (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm EST).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from members and care coordinators
  • Assist members with inquiries related to membership benefits and services
  • Manage web support tickets and provide member education
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Two or more years of call center experience
  • Previous experience in health insurance or healthcare environment
  • Computer literate with strong data entry skills
  • Customer service-oriented
