Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Support Specialist (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm EST).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from members and care coordinators
- Assist members with inquiries related to membership benefits and services
- Manage web support tickets and provide member education
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two or more years of call center experience
- Previous experience in health insurance or healthcare environment
- Computer literate with strong data entry skills
- Customer service-oriented
