Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Support Specialist (Mon-Fri 11am-8pm EST).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from members and care coordinators
- Resolve member concerns related to benefits, portal support, and general inquiries
- Manage web support tickets and assist with member education and access to services
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two or more years of call center experience
- Previous experience in health insurance or healthcare environment
- Computer literate with strong data entry skills
- Customer service-oriented
