Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Support Specialist (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls and resolve non-clinical inquiries according to established policies
  • Communicate professionally with community members and internal stakeholders
  • Implement solutions for complex member issues while maintaining operational performance goals
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a healthcare environment; behavioral healthcare experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Knowledge of managed care processes and health insurance coverage preferred
  • Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts and meet operational coverage requirements
  • Willingness to complete all assigned responsibilities as required
