Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Support Specialist (Part-Time).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls and resolve non-clinical inquiries according to established policies
- Communicate professionally with community members and internal stakeholders
- Implement solutions for complex member issues while maintaining operational performance goals
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a healthcare environment; behavioral healthcare experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of managed care processes and health insurance coverage preferred
- Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts and meet operational coverage requirements
- Willingness to complete all assigned responsibilities as required
