Job Summary

Dedicated to providing exceptional service, the full-time remote Member Support Specialist will assist members with product activations, troubleshooting, billing inquiries, and account services while maintaining a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls from members and caregivers, providing assistance with orders and account services
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting and effectively using products or services while maintaining accurate member records
  • De-escalate issues with dissatisfied members and promote additional products and services during interactions
Required qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in member service call center or member-facing roles
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required
  • Proficient in computer use with multitasking abilities
  • Professional and enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for serving others
  • Effective active listening skills to ensure appropriate resolutions
