Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Member Support Specialist, this role will manage member interactions by providing assistance with product activations, troubleshooting, and billing inquiries while ensuring a positive experience in a supportive team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from members and caregivers, assisting with orders, products, and account services
- Guide callers through troubleshooting and navigating the company site, maintaining superior knowledge of products and services
- De-escalate situations with dissatisfied members, offering solutions and promoting additional products during service calls
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of member service call center or member-facing experience preferred
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Computer proficiency with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Professional demeanor with a passion for serving and assisting others
- Strong organization and time-management skills
