Job Summary

Representing the organization remotely, the full-time Member Support Specialist will assist current and prospective members with their accounts via live chat, email, and phone, while ensuring a positive member experience and addressing any issues that arise.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer member emails and provide support through live chat during business hours
  • Make outbound calls to troubleshoot issues and escalate concerns to appropriate teams
  • Meet internal success metrics for quality assurance, response times, and productivity goals
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a direct customer-facing role
  • Experience with technology and digital tools, preferably Zendesk
  • Ability to navigate multiple member interactions and internal systems
  • Strong communication skills with effective problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
